    Loved my experience at Shady Lake apartments and my husband and I were sad to leave. The location is perfect- and the apartment quality is excellent. I never heard our neighbors from inside the apartment and the staff was great. Never had any major issues but when something came up they were FAST to get it fixed. Highly Recommend!

    Good bank to keep your money in. I have the Freestyle account which allows you to hold money in a checking or savings account without any charges. Staff are friendly and the facilities are nice. No charges for using their card or their ATMs.

    Zero stars would be a trophy for these people. I have been living at Liberty Hill (another Goldberg property) for 10 months and paid my rent on time every single month. Our ceiling started leaking in the middle of January. One month later, management finally sends someone out to "fix" the leak and they cut a 4 foot by 3 foot hole in the ceiling of our kitchen to "let it dry". They also taped a piece of plastic over it to catch the water that was still dripping. 2 weeks later, there is still a hole in our kitchen ceiling and a piece of plastic taped over it, full of water. Our kitchen smells like a gas station bathroom because of the stagnant water. As I type this review, my girlfriend and I are scheduled to move-out in 3 weeks and there is still a hole dripping water in our kitchen. We were going to move to another one of Goldberg's properties - Settler's Landing - at the end of March because we're dumb thinking that would be better. We paid $400 to secure our apartment at a reasonable price, and when we show up to view the apartment we were told that the rent has gone up $100. If you want to live under Pennie Sangston (regional manager for Goldberg Companies) and her group of disorganized employees, then this is the place for you. If you want to pay through the roof for the opportunity to ask management the same question for weeks, then this is the place for you. If you have any other option that is not owned or related to Goldberg Companies Inc. then I beg you to choose it. You can thank me later.

    So far so good! My apartment looks and feels like a house. I love having an attached garage and no one living above or below me. All my neighbors are nice and friendly.
